  2. Sometimes I wonder this. I know people will say that eating healthier will make you live longer, but what if the person doesn’t like what they’re eating? Some will probably say “You’ll learn to like it” and all that other stuff, but I seriously can’t imagine eating that stuff on a day to day basis. I mean, I do exercise and such, but I don’t like dieting. If I were to diet, does that mean I have to say “F*** my favorite foods”?

    • Well obviously eating the right foods plays a part in effective dieting. You don’t need to “diet” so to speak, just eat healthy and exercise. Yes it may mean you have to cut down on junk food etc, so you will just have to deal with that while you are trying to lose weight or tone up. For things to change you need to change.
